Delete Your Data
You can permanently delete your RacePaceCrew account and all personal data we hold at any time. This removes your profile, race and team history, messages, comments, and any other data associated with your account.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
This is the fastest method if you can still sign in to your account.

Sign in to your account
Go to racepacecrew.com/login and sign in with your email or social account.

Open Account Settings
Click your profile avatar in the top navigation bar and select Settings, or go directly to racepacecrew.com/account/settings.

Click "Delete my account"
Scroll to the Account section at the bottom of the settings page and click Delete my account.

Confirm deletion
Follow the on-screen confirmation prompt. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Use this method if you can no longer sign in, or if you connected via a social account and prefer not to log in again.

Send us an email
Email privacy@racepacecrew.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Include your account email
In the body of the email, provide the email address associated with your RacePaceCrew account so we can locate and delete the correct record.

We'll confirm within 30 days
We will send a confirmation to that email address once all data has been removed.
What gets deleted
- Profile and account details
- Profile photo
- Race registrations and team memberships
- Availability and join requests
- Direct and team messages
- Race comments
- Favorite races
- Login history
Feedback you submitted may be retained in anonymized form (with your name and account ID removed) as permitted by our Privacy Policy.
